In the role of Regional Sales Manager, you have a strong sense of business opportunities and finding new ways to success. You have strong social skills and enjoy building relations. Your main task is to drive the business opportunities of the business in France, in interaction with technical support and marketers for the region. You build new partnerships and terminate non-performing partnerships. You are dialoguing, reviewing, and coaching partners to achieve their sales goals. You are responsible for creating and managing a plan to achieve sales goals and long-term growth. You will work from the Swedish office in Spånga, Stockholm, business trips to France will occur as often you think it’s necessary.

We are looking for someone with experience with sales via retailers (B2B). You speak and write French and English fluent. Swedish is an advantage. A technical interest and experience in partner collaborations internationally is meritorious. You dare to take on and present new business, which means that you are communicative and trust inspiring. You enjoy challenging yourself and supporting and collaborating with others to find ways to success.
